Before you call
What are your calling hours?+
Cian generally takes calls Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm Irish time. If you get voicemail, leave your name and website and you'll get a call back the same working day.
Is the first call free?+
Yes — the discovery call costs nothing and there's no obligation to move forward afterwards.
Can I email instead of calling?+
We're a phone-first business by design — it's faster for scoping an audit properly. If a call really isn't possible for you, mention that when you do get in touch and we'll find a way to work around it.
